About Manchester Feeds

Manchester Feeds was founded in 1985 by Todd Cramer in Parker, Arizona. After searching for a location throughout the Western US, he set up shop in the Parker Valley due to its ideal climate for growing hay. All of our pellets are sourced locally except for Timothy, which is grown in Colorado.

Todd originally started Manchester Feeds to supply pellets to Star Milling Co.. They had been purchasing processed meal for years and weren’t satisfied with the quality, so Todd built the mill to fulfill their needs. The quality of our pellets got out and we quickly grew by selling to dealers and private labelling pellets for a variety of brands.

Fast forward a few decades and our hay pellets are found in hundreds of local and chain feed stores. We are still producing feed in the same location and are happy to give tours of the mill upon appointment.
